Metrics - SPQR

SPQR provides a set of metrics with appropriate Prometheus metric types and exposes them through an HTTP server for collection by Prometheus. Exporter HTTP-endpoint can be enabled by use_metrics router configuration parameter. Also you can configure endpoint by using metric_path and metric_port.
